How to enable Call Forwarding on your RIM BlackBerry Bold smartphone.
Note: Call forwarding must be enabled with your wireless provider.BB OS 6+
1. Open the Options app.2. Select Call Management.
3. Choose Call Forwarding.
4. Select the Forward Calls setting and choose one of the following:
- Always – Forwards all incoming calls.
- Conditional – Forwards if you’re busy, not replying or not reachable.
5. If you’ve selected Always, select the Forward All Calls > New Number. You can then select a contact you wish your calls to be forwarded to or create a new contact.
If you have selected Conditional, select If Busy, If No Reply, or If Not Reachable, then select New Number to add a contact to forward calls to.
6. Select Menu > Save and calls to your BlackBerry Bold call forwarding is enabled.
BB OS 5
1. From Home, press Menu.2. Click Options.
3. Click Call Forwarding.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click New Number.
6. Enter in a phone number and press the Enter.
7. Press Menu.
8. Click Close.
Now you can setup Call Forwarding to forward to this number
1. From the Home screen, press Menu.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Call Forwarding.
4. Select a call type.
5. Click where it says Do Not Forward and select a phone number.
6. Press the Menu key.
7. Click Save.
